Logistics Support
You will work closely with our logistic department who handle all of our hot tub, swim spa, Chill Tub and other product movements, both incoming and outgoing.
As a partner you can request a delivery date when ordering your product online and our logistics team then work behind the scenes to make this happen.
From the moment we put your products on the sea, we use tracking data provided by Vision API to provide updates on your orders multiple times a day.
At every major milestone of its journey we record all changes. This may be ETA delays or things arriving quicker than expected. We provide you with access to this information via our ordering system in a simple format to follow.
We offer a number of delivery options worldwide:
UK distribution
Direct container delivery
Direct from the port straight to your showroom. This will save you money and time and means your customers received their products quicker.
Delivery to your showroom
One person delivery to the showroom for 1-3 hot tubs. For larger truck loads and swim spas, this will require an individual quote.
Direct to your customer
Two person delivery and position of the hot tub from our showroom to the delivery site.
Collection option
Any items must be paid for by 14:00 the day before collection. If items have not been paid for by this time, the collection will need to be re-arranged. *Terms apply.
