Laravel Developer

An exciting opportunity has become available to join the Superior Wellness team based at our Head Office in Chesterfield. This is a pivotal role within our development team. You will work closely with our PHP Developer on various coding projects.

If you are highly organised, analytical and have great communication skills, we would love to hear from you. You will be a self-motivated individual, team player and able to multi-task in a busy environment.

Role and responsibilities

Your role will change and adapt with the needs of the business. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting our PHP Developer with various coding projects
  • Working closely with colleagues to understand their problems and how these can be solved with code
  • Working with third party suppliers to define and develop solutions to business problems.
  • Integrating services into our CRM system using APIs

Key skills and experience

  • At least 3 years’ experience as a web developer
  • A solid understanding of the basics of HTML, CSS & JS
  • Commercial understanding of working with the Laravel framework or similar
  • Experience integrating with 3rd party platforms through REST APIs
  • Working knowledge of Git
  • Experience using the VueJS framework within commercial projects
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships
  • Excellent communication skills

Working hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
