We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our existing clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Sales strategy development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the B2B segment.
- Client relationship management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including distributors, retailers, and other business partners, to drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Market analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive threats within the B2B sector.
- Product knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, features, and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions and overcome customer objections.
- Sales forecasting and reporting: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyse data, and generate regular reports to track progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
- Customer service excellence: Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of client inquiries, issues, and concerns to maintain high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management or sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation abilities and proven conversion rates
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM software
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to analyse data and make strategic recommendations
