Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our team here at Superior Wellness in our Cameron, South Carolina distribution centre. This role involves supporting the efficient running of our warehouse by receiving, storing, and dispatching hot tubs, spa accessories, and associated products. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our products reach customers in perfect condition and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, check, and store deliveries of hot tubs, spa components, chemicals, and accessories.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and safely.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet trucks, and lifting gear (training provided if necessary).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Assist in regular stock checks and inventory management.
- Load and unload vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
- Report any damages, discrepancies, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Follow all company health and safety procedures and guidelines.
- Occasionally assist with on-site deliveries or installations of hot tubs.
Essential:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
- Basic understanding of inventory systems and paperwork.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Computer literate for using our in-house CRM system.
Desirable:
- Forklift license (counterbalance or reach truck).
- Experience handling large or bulky items.
