We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly motivated Financial Accountant to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity, perhaps for a first-time mover from practice, who has had exposure to businesses who both import and export goods globally, legal & tax compliance and treasury management. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial operations of our growing business. Your expertise will contribute to the strategic decision-making process and ensure our financial health as we continue to expand.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:
- Tax Compliance & Planning

- Assist the business in Import/Export Compliance
- Systems & Process Improvement
- Business Partnering
Qualifications and Experience:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent) with experience in practice, ideally with exposure to SME clients.
- Previous experience with import/export financial management and compliance is essential.
- Strong knowledge of UK tax regulations, including VAT and corporate tax.
- An understanding or exposure of oversees tax including VAT and US sales tax is preferred
- Experience in treasury management, including cash flow forecasting and foreign exchange.
- Excellent understanding of financial reporting standards and statutory requirements.
- Proficient in accounting software and systems (experience with Xero is an advantage).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
