The new 60,000 sq ft facility has been carefully selected and upgraded to support increased demand, improved operational efficiency, and future growth across the region.

Designed with performance and flexibility in mind, the facility offers:

• 60,000 sq ft of modern warehousing space to support increased stock holding
• 10 dock doors and 3 grade-level doors for faster, more efficient loading and unloading
• 36 ft clear height to maximise vertical storage capacity
• 750 PSF slab strength, suitable for heavy-duty storage requirements
• ESFR sprinkler system for advanced fire protection and compliance
• Permitted Dangerous Goods (DG) storage, expanding handling capabilities
• Secure, gated site with full CCTV coverage for enhanced security
• Bonded warehouse status (application in progress) to streamline international shipping
