By identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities, the Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and aligning with our vision to become the global leader in premium hot tubs and wellness products.

Superior Wellness is a leading international manufacturer and distributor of premium hot tubs and wellness products. As a rapidly growing company, we pride ourselves on innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. We are now seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager for the region of Canada to develop and grow our Canadian partner network.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Business Development: Identify and target potential business accounts through research, networking, and cold outreach to grow the partner network.
- Sales Execution: Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, and technical specifications to prospective clients, addressing their unique business needs.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies.
- Contract Negotiation: Prepare and negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to close sales agreements effectively.
- Customer Support: Provide post-sales support, including handling inquiries, coordinating deliveries, and managing warranty issues.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, logistics, and technical support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in the company CRM system.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role; experience in the hot tub industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing B2B accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Canadian market, with experience in the hot tub sector being a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.
