The Role
We are looking for a PPC & Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team, playing a key role in improving the efficiency and quality of paid lead generation across our portfolio of wellness brands and partner campaigns.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and wants to make a real impact in a scaling business.
You’ll work closely with our marketing, web and development teams, and be responsible for managing and optimising paid media activity across Google Ads and Meta.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta campaigns across multiple brands and markets
- Monitor performance daily and make regular optimisation changes to improve efficiency and reduce wasted spend
- Refine keyword targeting, audiences, bidding strategies and campaign structures to improve lead quality (not just volume)
- Improve cost per lead and conversion rate, with a focus on scaling high-intent and non-brand campaigns
- Support improvements to Performance Max through better structure, inputs and ongoing optimisation
- Work with internal teams to improve conversion tracking accuracy (GA4/GTM/enhanced conversions) and lead quality reporting
- Collaborate on landing page and CRO improvements to increase conversion rates and pre-qualify leads before routing to partners
- Support partner campaigns (driving leads to partner sites/showrooms), including account setup, permissions, tracking access and feedback loops
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- 2–4 years’ experience managing Google Ads and/or Meta campaigns
- Strong experience running lead generation campaigns and making practical optimisation decisions
- Confident with keyword targeting, match types and bidding strategies
- Comfortable working with performance data and translating it into clear actions
- Experience managing budgets of at least £10k per month
Desirable:
- Experience working across multiple brands or accounts
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking and tagging (Google Tag Manager, GA4, enhanced conversions)
- Experience working with landing pages and conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
- Exposure to Performance Max campaigns
