Reporting to: Global Sales Manager
Aim of the Role
The primary aim of this role is to drive rapid growth and establish our presence in new U.S. territories for our newly launched brand, building a strong partner network and expanding into untapped markets. The Sales Manager will identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, secure high-value accounts, and foster long-term relationships with clients. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to our vision to become the global leader in premium hot tubs and wellness products.

With our new brand launch in the U.S., we are creating two dedicated regional sales positions to drive our growth — one covering the East USA and one the West USA.
Key Responsibilities
- Territory Growth: Develop and execute a strategic plan to establish and expand our partner network within your assigned U.S. region.
- Business Development: Identify and engage potential B2B accounts through research, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Execution: Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, and specifications, tailored to the client’s needs.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor trends, competitor activity, and local market conditions to adapt strategies.
- Negotiation & Closing: Prepare and negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to secure sales.
- Customer Support: Provide post-sales assistance, including delivery coordination and warranty support.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client communications.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, ideally in B2B sales.
- Experience in the hot tub, leisure, or wellness industry preferred but not essential.
- Demonstrated success in launching or growing territories and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of U.S. regional market dynamics in your assigned area (East or West).
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within your region.
