Aim of the Role

Aim of the Role As our Head of Sales, you will spearhead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. You will lead and inspire a team of sales professionals, driving their performance while fostering a high-performance culture. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Operations, to ensure sales efforts align seamlessly with the company’s overarching goals.

We are now seeking an experienced and driven Head of Sales to lead our continued growth across the UK and European markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the UK and Europe, aligning with company objectives and growth targets.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Provide coaching and professional development, set clear sales targets, and monitor performance.
  • Market Expansion: Drive rapid market growth by identifying and seizing high-potential opportunities in the UK and Europe. Play a key role in positioning Superior Wellness as a market leader in the region.
  • Key Account Management: Build and nurture relationships with key accounts, distributors, and strategic partners. Develop tailored sales proposals and negotiate contracts to secure long-term business.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Analyse data to produce accurate sales forecasts. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, offering insights into sales performance and market opportunities.
  • Pricing and Margin Management: Develop pricing strategies that maximise profitability while maintaining competitiveness.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing and product teams to develop strategies that support aggressive growth targets and ensure seamless execution of new initiatives.
  • Trade Shows and Events: Represent Superior Wellness at industry trade shows and events to showcase products, generate leads, and enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in senior sales leadership, with a focus on the UK and European markets.
  • Successful track record in scaling sales operations within fast-growing, international companies.
  • Expertise in developing and executing sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proven ability to foster strong customer and partner relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of international sales, European market regulations, and distribution channels.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the UK and Europe.
