Sometimes when you need to contact us about your hot tub we will ask you to provide the serial number and/or model number for your hot tub.
This page helps you locate the serial number based on which brand your hot tub is.
If you don’t see the brand of your hot tub below then feel free to contact us directly for more help.
To find the Platinum Spas hot tub serial number, you will find the a metallic panel attached to the bottom section or side panel of your hot tub that looks like the above. The serial number is in the red box and the model number is in the green box.
If you have a Thermals Hot Tub, to find your model and serial number. There will be a sticker on the side of your tub (towards the bottom) which looks similar to the one above. The model number is in the green box and the serial is in the red box.
If you have a Watkins hot tub you will need to remove the side panel underneath the control panel in order to gain access to the model and serial number sticker. This side panel should only be secured with a number of screws, depending on the model this number may vary.
Once you have removed the side panel you should see a sticker like the above where the red box is a serial and the green box is the model number.
On your Lovia hot tub you will need to remove the side panel below the control panel. This should be attached on either end by a few screws.
Once the side panel is removed you should see the control box (the blue thing) and on top of there should be the serial number. This should be on a stock like the above and the red box shows the serial. There is no model number on a Lovia hot tub.
Towards the bottom of your Be Well hot tub you should see a metal label similar to the above picture which has numbers punched into it.
The green box indicates your model number and the red box indicates the serial number.
On your Bellagio hot tub you will need to remove a side panel to gain access to the serial number. The side panel you should remove is the one below the control panel. This will be secured with a number of screws around the edge.
Once removed you should see a sticker similar to the one in the picture above. The serial number is indicated by the red box. There is no model number on a Bellagio hot tub.
