Apprentice of the Year Finalist

Superior Wellness is delighted to announce that Will Brooks, Digital Marketing Apprentice, has been shortlisted as a finalist at the Love Chesterfield Awards.

Will has been an integral part of the marketing team during a particularly busy time. He has grown in confidence both in his work and personally since he started.

Sarah Elphick, Head of Marketing at Superior Wellness who nominated Will for the prestigious award said:

“Due to two team members leaving Will took on additional responsibilities, whilst ensuring he kept up to date with his apprenticeship work. He really is an asset and we are delighted to have him in the team. We are looking forward to continuing helping him to develop and we hope he continues his career here after he has completed the apprenticeship.”

Will Brooks, Apprentice of the Year finalist said: “Firstly, I would like to thank my line manager Sarah for being so supportive towards me and my apprenticeship and constantly providing me with constructive feedback allowing me to improve and strive forwards within my work. However, I definitely feel without the great team I have surrounding me that I wouldn’t have succeeded so well within my role. Overall, I’m very happy and pleased to be in the final for Apprentice of the Year and can’t wait for the awards night.”

Due to the success of Will as an apprentice in the marketing team, this has led Superior Wellness to recruit an additional apprentice in the marketing team and one in the development team.  Apprenticeships are a great opportunity for people to start their career and we are huge advocates of them here at Superior Wellness. 

The awards ceremony takes place at a black-tie event on Wednesday 12 October at the Winding Wheel in Chesterfield. Good luck to Will and all finalists up for an award.
