Team of the Year Finalist

Superior Wellness is delighted to announce that our Marketing Team, have been shortlisted for Team of the Year at the Dotties Awards.

The Dotties is the annual awards ceremony hosted by DotDigital.

The Dotties showcase true marketing excellence across Dotdigital’s 4000+ customer base. The awards are judged by true industry leaders who are at the cutting edge of marketing. 

Our Marketing team consists of 7 people led by Sarah Elphick, Head of Marketing.  With three people (Matt, Tom and Jack) focusing on design, video and photography and Helen, Will and Elicia focusing on email marketing, social media and website content.

The team is structured so they each look after a different brand and really focus on continuing to make improvements, engaging the audience and working closely with our sales team.  In terms of email marketing, we use Dotdigital for B2C to communicate with our retail customers (Miami Spas account), a weekly newsletter for internal communications and also for our B2B trade accounts. We also use the platform for lead generation and to convert our prospects into active partners.

Sarah Elphick, Head of Marketing at Superior Wellness who nominated the team for the prestigious award said:
