Meet the Superior Wellness leadership team who lead the day to day operations as well as striving to achieve the vision. This newly created leadership team has a huge wealth of experience from a variety of industries including manufacturing, retail and travel.
Rob incorporated Superior Spas in 2011. His role is to continue to grow the company to meet the vision of becoming the leading hot tub distributor in the world whilst offering exceptional service to our customers and building the culture of the team.
Gareth started working in the delivery team at Superior Spas in 2011 before taking time out to go travelling. He returned in 2014 and worked in retail sales. Gareth project managed building the brand Platinum Spas in 2016 and became Sales Director in 2017. He has worked in every team at Superior Wellness and plays a key role in the companies’ culture.
Richard joined the team in 2021. A Loughborough University graduate, Richard began his career with Deloitte, training as a chartered accountant before moving to the Corporate Finance practice. This was followed by senior financial leadership roles in businesses across a broad range of sectors, and has hands-on experience of both private equity and privately-owned companies.
Head of HR
Carol joined Superior Wellness in January 2020; her background is a recruitment consultant as well as extensive HR management experience. Carol’s role is to recruit and retain the best talent to assist the company through growth and transformation. Carol is also embedding and growing our company core values plus improving team engagement.
Head of Marketing
Sarah joined Superior Wellness in July 2020 from Forest Holidays where she was Head of Marketing and Sales. Sarah has extensive experience in all areas of marketing including brand, direct marketing, loyalty, customer research and ecommerce. Sarah’s role is to lead the marketing and brand strategy; to help transform and grow the business.
Head of Retail
Jamie was involved in the start-up of Superior Spas and joined full time in 2017. He previously formed and operated an established business and has extensive experience in sales and customer service. Jamie’s current role is leading the retail sales team to increase the retail business.
Luke joined in 2013 initially as part of the delivery team. His role then progressed to Logistics Manager and he is responsible for arranging delivery of goods from all manufacturers’ and books in direct containers to all UK and European partners. Luke also updates the CRM regarding stock and on sea arrival dates and manages a team of three people.
Head of Finance
Chris joined Superior Wellness in June 2020 from Siemens PLC where he was Management Accountant for the mobility division. Chris is AAT qualified and a CIMA passed finalist who has extensive experience in preparing and maintaining financial records and reports. Chris’s role is to lead the finance department, improve efficiencies and ensure reporting aids in decision making.
Head of Operations
Mark joined Superior Wellness in November 2020. He has extensive operational experience including eight years at Guardian Industries. Mark was previously a fast jet technician in the RAF for 13 years. Mark’s role is to ensure smooth running of our operational division as well as creating efficiencies and leading improvement projects.
